וְכֵן חָבִית שֶׁל שֶׁמֶן שֶׁנִּשְׁפְּכָה, אֵין מְחַיְּבִין אוֹתוֹ לִהְיוֹת יוֹשֵׁב וּמְטַפֵּחַ, אֶלָּא נוֹהֵג בָּהּ כְּדֶרֶךְ שֶׁהוּא נוֹהֵג בְּחֻלִּין:
