הרי זה יחזור ויפר. דהפרה בטעות לא הויא הפרה עד שיכוין לאשה שנדרה, דכתיב (במדבר ל׳:י״ב) לא הניא אותה, עד שתהיה ההפרה לעצמה של הנודרת. וגם שיכוין לנדר שנדרה, דכתיב (שם) ושמע אביה את נדרה, עד שידע איזה נדר נדרה:

וסבור שנדרה בתו. והפר לשם בתו. רש"י:
הרי זה יחזור ויפר. כתב הר"ב דהפרה בטעות וכו'. וגם שיכוין לנדר שנדרה דכתיב ושמע אביה את נדרה עד שידע איזה נדר נדרה. וז"ל הרמב"ם ועל הדבר שנדרה עליו ושידע הדבר שנדרה הראיה ג"כ למה שאמר ושמע אביה את נדרה. ע"כ. לפי שיש שני שנויים אם על איזה דבר שנדרה כלומר או תאנים או ענבים ואם באיזה דבר נדרה כלומר או בנזיר או בקרבן. ואפשר שז"ש הר"ב לנדר שנדרה ר"ל על איזה דבר נדרה או תאנים או ענבים וז"ש שידע איזה נדר נדרה ר"ל אם בנזיר אם בקרבן. אבל מ"מ דחיקא לישנא שכתב הראיה בין שתי החלוקות ואיכא למטעי שאינן אלא חלוקה אחת. והשניה חוזרת על הראשונה לביאור הראיה:

If his wife vowed, and he thought that his daughter had vowed, or if his daughter vowed and he thought that his wife had vowed; If she took the vow of a nazirite, and he thought that she had vowed by a korban, or if she vowed by a korban, and he thought that she vowed a nazirite vow; If she vowed [to abstain] from figs, and he thought that she vowed [to abstain] from grapes, or if she vowed [to abstain] from grapes and he thought that she vowed from figs, he must annul [the vow] again.
