Tractate Chullin
Mishnah Chullin, the forty-third tractate of Seder Kodashim, governs the ritual slaughter of non-sacred animals and the resulting dietary laws. It has 12 chapters and 74 mishnayot.
Chullin - Chapter 1
All may slaughter, and the conditions for valid ritual slaughter.
Chullin - Chapter 2
One who slaughters, and the various cases of disqualification.
Chullin - Chapter 3
All the flaws and illnesses that render an animal unfit (treifah).
Chullin - Chapter 4
An animal that had a difficult birth, and the status of its offspring.
Chullin - Chapter 5
The prohibition of slaughtering an animal and its offspring on the same day.

Covering the blood after slaughter.

The sciatic nerve (gid hanasheh) and its prohibition.
