יָרָק שֶׁל תְּרוּמָה וּבֵיצָה טְרוּפָה נְתוּנָה עַל גַּבָּיו, וְנָגַע טְבוּל יוֹם בַּבֵּיצָה, לֹא פָסַל אֶלָּא הַקֶּלַח שֶׁכְּנֶגְדּוֹ. רַבִּי יוֹסֵי אוֹמֵר, כָּל הַסֵּדֶר הָעֶלְיוֹן. אִם הָיָה כְמִין כּוֹבַע, אֵינָהּ חִבּוּר:

ירק של תרומה. שנתנו בקערה או באלפס:
וביצה טרופה בקערה. שנתערב החלבון והחלמון יחד, ונתונה על גבי הירק:
ונגע טבול יום בביצה. אע״פ שהיא חולין, דאין שייך תרומה בביצה, וטבול יום אינו פוסל בחולין. אפילו הכי הוי חיבור, ונפסל הירק כאילו נגע בו. ומיהו לא פסל אלא הקלח שכנגד מגע ידו, ושאר הקלחים טהורים:
כל הסדר העליון. קלחים העליונים שהביצה על פניהם. ואין הלכה כר׳ יוסי:
אם היה כמין כובע. שמחמת הבישול נתנפחה הביצה ונעשית כמין כובע על הירק וחלולה תחתיה:

וביצה טרופה. לשון הר"ב שנתערב החלבון והחלמון יחד. דאם היא שלימה שלא נטרפה. והרי היא דומה *(לטבעת) [לכובע כצ"ל] שהביצה שאינה טרופה עגולה כמין (טבעת) [כובע] אינה חבור. מפני שהיא נשמטת והולכת לכאן ולכאן. הראב"ד בפירוש מ"ד פ"ב דעדיות:

If a beaten egg was on top of vegetables of terumah, and a tevul yom touches the egg, then he disqualifies only that stalk [of the vegetables] that is opposite the part [of the egg] he touched. Rabbi Yose says: the entire upper layer. But if it was arranged like a cap it does not serve as a connective.
