Tractate Peah
Mishnah Peah, the second tractate of Seder Zeraim, gathers the laws that protect the poor at harvest time: peah, leket, and shikhah. Its 8 chapters and 69 mishnayot have no counterpart in the Gemara of the Babylonian Talmud — Berakhot is the only tractate in this order that does.
Peah - Chapter 1 Which produce is subject to peah, the minimum required, and the absence of a maximum set by the Torah.
Peah - Chapter 2 What defines a single field for the obligation of peah, based on natural boundaries or changes in crop.
Peah - Chapter 3 Field boundaries according to crop type and the markers that separate two distinct plots.
Peah - Chapter 4 How the poor may harvest peah and when the owner must leave it accessible to them.
Peah - Chapter 5 Restrictions placed on the landowner to avoid favoring some poor people over others.
Peah - Chapter 6 The laws of leket, the fallen ears of grain during harvest that belong to the poor.
Peah - Chapter 7 The laws of shikhah, the forgotten sheaf left in the field for the poor.
Peah - Chapter 8 Shikhah in the olive and grape harvest, and the general provisions for aiding the poor.
