Tractate Berakhot
Mishnah Berakhot is the first tractate of Seder Zeraim. It sets out the laws of the Shema, the Amidah, and the blessings recited over food and daily life. Spread across 9 chapters and 57 mishnayot, it is the only tractate in Seder Zeraim with a Gemara in the Babylonian Talmud.
Berakhot - Chapter 1
Chapter 1: the times for reciting the evening and morning Shema, set by Temple and nature-based markers rather than the clock.
