עֶשֶׂר נְטִיעוֹת מְפֻזָּרוֹת בְּתוֹךְ בֵּית סְאָה, חוֹרְשִׁין כָּל בֵּית סְאָה בִּשְׁבִילָן, עַד רֹאשׁ הַשָּׁנָה. הָיוּ עֲשׂוּיוֹת שׁוּרָה וּמֻקָּפוֹת עֲטָרָה, אֵין חוֹרְשִׁין לָהֶם אֶלָּא לְצָרְכָּן:

נטיעות. ילדות, ולזקנות קרי אילן, והכא קמ״ל דאע״ג דשלשה אילנות לבית סאה קרוי שדה אילן וחורשין כל בית סאה בשבילן, בנטיעות ילדות אין חורשין עד שיהיו עשרה:
שורות. שנטועות במקום א׳ כחומה ואינן מפוזרות:
אין חורשין אלא לצרכן. משום דכשמפוזרות נראה כחורש לצורך האילן, אבל היכא דקיימי במקום אחד נראה כמתקן את הארץ לצורך שביעית ולא לצורך האילנות:
