תְּבָלִין שֶׁל תְּרוּמָה וְשֶׁל כִּלְאֵי הַכֶּרֶם שֶׁנָּפְלוּ בַּקְּדֵרָה, לֹא בָאֵלוּ כְדֵי לְתַבֵּל וְלֹא בָאֵלּוּ כְדֵי לְתַבֵּל, וְנִצְטָרְפוּ וְתִבְּלוּ, אָסוּר לְזָרִים וּמֻתָּר לַכֹּהֲנִים. רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן מַתִּיר לְזָרִים וְלַכֹּהֲנִים:

תבלין של תרומה ושל כלאי הכרם. בהא נמי רבנן לטעמייהו ור׳ שמעון לטעמיה. ודין תבלין כדין שאור:

תבלין וכו'. איצטריך לאשמעינן דאי לא השמיענו אלא בשאור הוה אמינא דדוקא כששני האיסורים של מין אחד. הוא דמצטרפין לאסור לזרים לרבנן. ולהכי נקט שאור משום דסתם שאור אחד מחמשת המינין דשארא בא לידי סרחון. כמ"ש במ"ה פ"ב דפסחים. אבל בשני מינים ושני שמות אימא מודו לרבי שמעון. להכי תני תבלין שיש בהן הרבה מינים ואפילו הכי אסירי לזרים. ואי תני תבלין הוי אמינא בהא פליג ר' שמעון אבל במין אחד מודה. להכי תני לדלעיל. וכיוצא בזה הצריכם הרמב"ם. אלא שיש לו פי' אחר בפירוש שמות דלעיל דבמשנה עשירית:

Rabbi Shimon declares it permitted to non-priests and to priests.
