אָמְרוּ לוֹ, נִכְתֹּב גֵּט לְאִשְׁתֶּךָ, וְאָמַר לָהֶם כְּתֹבוּ, אָמְרוּ לַסּוֹפֵר וְכָתַב, וְלָעֵדִים וְחָתְמוּ, אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁכְּתָבוּהוּ וַחֲתָמוּהוּ וּנְתָנוּהוּ לוֹ וְחָזַר וּנְתָנוֹ לָהּ, הֲרֵי הַגֵּט בָּטֵל, עַד שֶׁיֹּאמַר לַסּוֹפֵר כְּתֹב וְלָעֵדִים חֲתֹמוּ:

ואמר להן כתובו. מסקינן בגמ' דכולה ר"י [דס"פ דלעיל] היא. [*דע"כ שהיו ג' דאילו לשנים אפילו ר"מ מודה כו'. רש"י] ודאמר כתבו לאו דוקא דאפילו תנו נמי פסול כדקתני סיפא עד שיאמר לסופר ויכתוב. ואורחא דתנא למתני ולאוסופי. ונקט למלתיה בלשון לא מבעיא ל"מ היכא דלא אמר תנו. אלא אפי' אמר תנו. לא. ול"מ היכא דלא אמר לבי תלתא אלא אפילו אמר לבי תלתא לא:

They said to him, “Shall we write a get for your wife”, and he said to them, “Write!”, and they then told a scribe and he wrote and witnesses and they signed even if they wrote it and signed it and gave it back to him and he gave it to her, the get is void until he himself says to the scribe “Write” and to the witnesses, “Sign”.
