פֵּרוֹת שֶׁיָּרַד הַדֶּלֶף לְתוֹכָן וּבְלָלָן שֶׁיְּנֻגְּבוּ, רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן אוֹמֵר, בְּכִי יֻתַּן. וַחֲכָמִים אוֹמְרִים, אֵינָן בְּכִי יֻתַּן:

רבי שמעון אומר בכי יותן. נ"ל הטעם דאע"ג דלא ניחא ליה שירד הדלף לתוכן מ"מ כיון דבללן שלא יהיו מים הרבה במקום אחד. אלא יתפשטו המים בכל הפירות. חשיב ניחא ליה ומכשרי. מהר"ם. ובנוסחתו איתא רבי מאיר אומר וכן ראיתי הוגה בנא"י. וביש ספרים גרס ר"מ:
