מֶרְחָץ טְמֵאָה, זֵעָתָהּ טְמֵאָה. וּטְהוֹרָה, בְּכִי יֻתַּן. הַבְּרֵכָה שֶׁבַּבַּיִת, הַבַּיִת מַזִּיעַ מֵחֲמָתָהּ, אִם טְמֵאָה, זֵעַת כָּל הַבַּיִת שֶׁמֵּחֲמַת הַבְּרֵכָה, טְמֵאָה:

מרחץ טמאה. של מים שאובין:
זיעתה טמאה. מכשרת את הפירות ומטמאתן:
וטהורה. כלומר, וזיעת מרחץ טהורה, כגון מרחץ של מי מעין דלאו מים שאובים נינהו, הרי הוא בכי יותן, שהזיעה מכשרת את הפירות:
אם טמאה. הבריכה. כל זיעה שיזיע הבית מחמתה, מכשרת ומטמאה. אבל שלא מחמתה, הויא לה זיעת הבית וטהורה:

מרחץ טמאה. פי' הר"ב של מים שאובים זיעתה טמאה מכשרת את הפירות ומטמאתן וכ"פ הר"ש. וקשה דאע"ג דשאובים הם. לא מפני כן מטמאין אעפ"י שמכשירין. וצ"ל דשאובים וטמאים הן. והרמב"ם מפרש דמרחץ שזיעתו בא מן המים שבתוכה משא"כ זיעת בתים ובורות דלעיל ואם היתה המרחץ טמאה זיעתה טמאה וכו':

The sweat of an unclean bath is unclean, But that of a clean bath comes under the law of ‘if water be put’. If there was a pool in a house, the house sweats because of it if the pool was unclean, the sweat of all the house which was caused by the pool is unclean.
