אָכַל חֵלֶב וְחֵלֶב בְּהֶעְלֵם אֶחָד, אֵינוֹ חַיָּב אֶלָּא חַטָּאת אֶחָת. אָכַל חֵלֶב וְדָם וְנוֹתָר וּפִגּוּל בְּהֶעְלֵם אֶחָד, חַיָּב עַל כָּל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד. זֶה חֹמֶר בְּמִינִין הַרְבֵּה מִמִּין אֶחָד. וְחֹמֶר בְּמִין אֶחָד מִמִּינִין הַרְבֵּה, שֶׁאִם אָכַל כַּחֲצִי זַיִת וְחָזַר וְאָכַל כַּחֲצִי זַיִת מִמִּין אֶחָד, חַיָּב. מִשְּׁנֵי מִינִין, פָּטוּר:

בהעלם אחד. אבל בשני העלמות חייב על כל אחד ואחד, דקיימא לן העלמות מחלקין:
ממין אחד חייב. הא קמשמע לן דאע״ג דאין השני חצאי זיתים מתמחוי אחד דהיינו מתבשיל אחד, אלא הם מתבשילין חלוקין, אפ״ה מצטרף לפי שאין תמחוין מחלקין:

שאם אכל כחצי זית כו'. ולא היתה לו ידיעה בינתים דיש ידיעה לחצי שיעור כחכמים [בסוף] פי"ב דשבת. ומ"ש הר"ב לפי שאין תמחויין מחלקים עיין במ"ט:
Tractate Keritot - Chapter 3 - Mishnah 2 - Mishnah translated into english
If one twice ate forbidden fat in one spell of unawareness, he is liable to but one hatat. If one ate forbidden fat, blood, piggul and notar in one spell of unawareness, he is liable for each kind. This is an instance where different kinds [of food] are more stringent than one kind. In the following instance, however, one kind [of food] is more stringent than several kinds: if one ate half an olive-size and then again half an olive-size, both in one spell of unawareness, if of one kind he is liable, if of two kinds, he is exempted.
